The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance with experience in accounting.
Responsibilities include but not limited to
- Assist in month end closing and financial analysis of the business performance.
- Assist in reviewing profit and loss and balance sheet accounts
- Consolidate and report month-end financial results including variance reports for ESA and P&W Senior Management.
- Prepare monthly and yearly financial forecasts - provide decision support materials to senior management to meet financial targets.
- Work closely with Operations to understand and track strategic initiatives to align with ESA's overall growth strategy.
- Prepare and analyze business cases and provide strategic recommendations to management.
- Work with individual department Managers to prepare yearly departmental budget.
- Liaise with Auditors of relevant authorities to ensure financial and legislation compliance
- Carry out any other job duties as assigned
