• Perform monthly routine service, troubleshooting and provide recommended repairs for Fan Coil Units (FCU), Air Handling Units (AHU) and Split Units under service agreement
• Liaise with customer technicians on maintenance and repair schedule
• Perform 24/7 standby duty for airside units complaint and breakdown
• Ensure safety procedures and conduct during service or repairs
