Our Exciting Opportunity:
Ericsson Indonesia is growing! We are now looking for an experienced Change Management person that will be responsible for planned and unplanned network changes. This person shall ensure that the services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.
Responsibilities:

Flexibility to work outside of office hours when there is an incident
Ensure that all changes that are planned for the network are checked and the right impact assessment done
- Ensure multi-functional teams are aligned
- Coordinate and verify changes are completed properly and with minimum network disruption
- Coordinate with the customer and their planning teams to ensure smooth execution of changes on the network
- Execute changes efficiently and effectively whilst keeping all partners informed
- See through the lifecycle of the change – work with planning and see change through until completed
- Escalate if there are unplanned changes on the network
- Have a solid understanding of Ericsson and Customer processes
- Chair meeting with stakeholders – external, operations, networks, faults teams, etc
- Organise a Change Advisory Board (CAB) meeting so everyone is across everything. Cross-domain specialist.
- Identify what working effectively and where there are opportunities for improvement
- Handle critical issues with a high degree of competence and confidence
To be successful in the role you are;
- Bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom) or excellent telecom networks knowledge
- Prior Telco knowledge of nodes
- Ideally cross-domain knowledge across Transmission, IP, RAN, Packet Core, etc
- Experience in Multi-vendor environment and holistic view of technologies is highly desirable
- 5-6 years in Change Management
- Prior experience managing multiple projects is preferred
