External Description:
Responsibilities:
- Build and improvement procedures and routines within the department / group
- Maintain and monitor the network
- Follow organisational guidelines around, i.e. Time To Repair, etc.
- Support internal and external critical issue management
- Support the shift teams as a technical domain expert (RAN or CORE)
- Contribute to a productive work environment for the broader team
Key Qualifications:
- Relevant Telco tertiary qualification or equivalent work experience
- Ideally 3 years’ experience in a Team Lead role
- Broad knowledge of Telecommunication Network environment and infrastructure
- Customer and market insight
- Excellent social and communication skills
- Financial acumen and skills
- Leading, supervising, and responding to change in a high pace environment.
