External Description:
Reporting to the Sr. Manager, the shipping assistant is fully authorized to make decision within guidelines of standard operational procedures. He also -
- Assists in preparation of required documentation for export
- Assists in providing the necessary information and documents to Customs and Authorized Organizations
- Assists in providing export operational support
- Verifies service providers invoices for payment
- Assists in any other jobs as assigned by the supervisor
